BEFORE DAY1

Be familiar with all cuts of meat. Be Familiar with The Speech. Read your training manual in its entirety. Be familiar with all of our menus. Memorize the Bar Menu. Watch all the videos listed below. ARRIVE PREPARED.

DAY1

Arrive at 3:00pm. Trainer will give a tour of the facility and the will go over the training manual (up to the red line in the manual) with the trainee (in the allotted time), and review speech. Trainee will get quizzed on the contents of the BarMenu. Trainer will teach the POS using Trainee sign-in. Trainer will go over the POS Execrise sheet, teaching all items on the sheet. Come back Day2 with questions. GO HOME AND STUDY AS ASSIGNED BY TRAINER and STUDY ALL THE MENUS BELOW

DAY2

Arrive at 3:00pm. Trainee will sign in on POS and complete all the exercises on the POS Exercise sheet with Trainer supervising. Trainer will complete the remaining sections of the training manual (below the red line). Trainee will be handed off to Kevin O'Donnell (AGM & Maitre'D) for BAR familirization, Wine Cellar tour, and opening/closing procedures specific to the bar. Trainee wlll be handed back over to Trainer to complete Cashier Module and then Trainee will shadow a bartender for a shift.
