Be familiar with all cuts of meat. Be Familiar with The Speech. Read your training manual in its entirety. Watch all the videos listed below. ARRIVE PREPARED. |
DAY1 |
Arrive at 3:00pm. Trainer will complete training in the manaul up to the red line. Then trainee will shadow a cashier for a shift. Trainee will teach the cashier excerrcises using the sheet. |
DAY2 |
Arrive at 3:00pm. Trainer will complete the training below the red line (in manual). Trainer will supervise trainee working a shift as cashier. Trainer will review the excersises again. |
DAY3 |
Arrive at 3:00pm. Trainer will complete SeatMe training and excercises. Trainer will supervise trainee working a shift as cashier. Trainer will review the excersises again. |
