Be familiar with all cuts of meat. Be Familiar with The Speech. Read your training manual in its entirety. Watch all the videos listed below. ARRIVE PREPARED. |
DAY1 |
Arrive 3:00PM. SERVER Trainer will go over the training manual (up to the red line in the manual) with the trainee (in the allotted time), and review the speech (need not be memorized). Teach setting of tables, proper serving rules i.e., (serve from left and clear from right). Shadow a shift. Come back Day2 with questions. |
DAY2 |
Arrive 3:00PM. Training on the SeatMe reservations system and learning how to answer the phone. Teach to always follow the computer seat assignments unless a customer has a problem with seating area. Then adjust SeatMe and resolve conflicts made do to the change. |
DAY3 |
Arrive 3:00PM. Complete all the SeatMe Reservations System Training and exercises. Work a shift. |
