Be familiar with all cuts of meat. Be Familiar with The Speech. Read your training manual in its entirety. Watch all the videos listed below. ARRIVE PREPARED. |
DAY1 |
Arrive at 3:00PM. Trainer will give a tour of the facility and the will go over the training manual (up to the end of DAY1 integrated training manual - ipad) with the trainee (in the allotted time), and review memorized speech. Trainer will teach the POS using Trainee sign-in. Trainee will recite the speech to each server on duty and get a chance to hear speaches from other servers. Trainer will shadow a shift for ONE hours and will give the speach to at least one table. Come back Day2 with questions. GO HOME AND STUDY AS ASSIGNED BY TRAINER and STUDY ALL THE MENUS BELOW |
DAY2 |
Arrive 3:00PM. Practice memorized speech. Trainer will complete the manual below the red line. Trainer will complete the POS excercises. Trainee will shadow a shift, giving the speach to tables and placing orders in POS under supervision of Trainer. |
DAY3 |
Arrive 4:30PM. Trainee will work a full shift, greeting tables, & placing orders under the supervision of the Trainer. |
